STORYTELLING360 AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS

Effective October 8, 2026

1. COMMISSIONS

Affiliates earn 10% of the net sale amount (after discounts, excluding taxes and fees) on qualifying purchases made through their unique affiliate link or coupon code.

2. ALL-ACCESS MEMBERSHIP BONUS

Affiliates earn an additional $25 flat bonus for each new Storytelling360 All-Access Membership they refer, on top of the standard 10% commission. Bonuses are not paid on free, complimentary, or refunded memberships.

3. ATTRIBUTION

Sales are credited to the affiliate whose link was last clicked within 90 days of purchase. If a customer uses an affiliate's coupon code, that affiliate receives credit, indicating the point of conversion, even if another affiliate's link was clicked. Each sale is credited to one affiliate only.

4. APPROVAL AND PAYMENT

Commissions are held for a review period of up to 90 days to allow for refunds, chargebacks, and fraud review. Commissions on refunded, cancelled, or charged-back orders are reversed. Payouts are made monthly once commissions are approved.

5. PAID SEARCH AND BRAND BIDDING (PROHIBITED)

Affiliates may not bid on, purchase, or use "Storytelling360," "Storytelling 360," "State of the Story," or any misspelling or variation of our brand names, product names, or domain as keywords in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, or any other paid search platform. Affiliates may not use these terms in ad text, display URLs, or ad titles, or describe any ad or page as an "Official Site." Bidding on general, non-brand terms (for example, "screenwriting conference") is permitted.

6. OTHER PROHIBITED PRACTICES

Affiliates may not:

- Use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, pop-ups, hidden iframes, or any method that sets a tracking cookie without a genuine click by the customer.

- Post coupon codes or links on coupon, deal, or cashback sites without written approval.

- Earn commission on their own purchases or purchases by members of their household.

- Impersonate Storytelling360 or imply they are Storytelling360 or an official representative.

- Use spam, unsolicited email or messages, or misleading claims about our events, speakers, or products.

- Place links or codes on Storytelling360's own website, social pages, or community spaces.

7. VIOLATIONS

Commissions and bonuses earned through any prohibited practice will be denied or reversed. Storytelling360 may suspend or terminate any affiliate account at its discretion, and unpaid commissions from violating activity are forfeited.

8. CHANGES

Storytelling360 may update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

STORYTELLING360 AFFILIATE PROGRAM PRIVACY POLICY

This policy explains how Storytelling360 collects and uses information through our affiliate program. Our affiliate program is managed using Refersion, a third-party affiliate platform.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM AFFILIATES

When you apply to or participate in the program, we collect:

- Name, email address, and contact details

- Website, social media accounts, and promotion methods you provide

- Payment details needed to send commissions (for example, [PayPal email or bank details])

- Tax information where required by law (for example, W-9 or W-8 forms)

- Performance data, including clicks, referred sales, and commissions earned

2. INFORMATION COLLECTED ABOUT REFERRED CUSTOMERS

When someone clicks an affiliate link or uses an affiliate coupon code, we and Refersion may collect:

- The date and time of the click

- IP address, browser and device type

- The referring page and landing page

- Order details needed to credit the sale, such as order number, amount, and coupon code used

Tracking is done using cookies and similar technologies. Customers can clear or block cookies in their browser settings.

Affiliates do not receive customers' personal information such as names, email addresses, or payment details. Affiliates see only the information needed to verify their commissions, such as order date and amount.

3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use this information to:

- Review and approve affiliate applications

- Track referrals and calculate commissions and bonuses

- Pay affiliates and meet tax and legal obligations

- Detect and prevent fraud and violations of our Program Terms

- Communicate with affiliates about the program

4. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We share information only with:

- Refersion, which hosts and operates the program

- Payment providers used to send commissions

- Our e-commerce and membership platforms (Shopify and Uscreen) to match referrals to orders

- Legal authorities when required by law

We do not sell personal information.

5. DATA RETENTION

We keep affiliate and referral records for as long as you participate in the program and as long as needed afterward for tax, accounting, and legal purposes.

6. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain uses. To make a request, contact us at the email below. We may need to keep some information to meet legal or tax obligations.

7. SECURITY

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of storing or transmitting data is completely secure.
